Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe was created by people with a vision for advancing social development in the CEE region. Our Board and team of experts, drawn from public affairs, research, finance, business, and communication, contribute their expertise through projects, strategic guidance, and pro bono support, ensuring our organization grows responsibly and effectively. Despite our diverse backgrounds, we share a single goal: driving meaningful social impact across the region.

Anna Korzeniewska

Founder and President of the Management Board. he first Polish woman to earn a Professional Certificate in Fundraising from New York University (NYU), complemented by an Executive MBA diploma. Jury member in Central and Eastern European impact challenges (Google.org, Social Tides). Forbes contributor (2019-2024). Senior Fellow with the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Strategic thought partner for global and regional stakeholders, with a deep understanding of the region’s context, actors, and solutions. Anna promotes social responsibility as an integral part of personal and business decision-making. She is an initiator of hundreds of partnerships with the most renowned companies and organizations in the world. Values quality and cooperation. Passionate about ambitious people who “want to make things happen”.

Marcin Kuśmierz

President of the Advisory Board. CEO of one of the most prominent e-commerce companies in Central and Eastern Europe, Allegro, with more than 25 years of professional experience in the technology, e-commerce, fintech, and AI industries. Expert on the mobile services market and business development strategies. He gained his experience in the ITI Group where he was responsible for the construction of research and development area. Since 2007 he has been associated with home.pl, where, as the managing director, he has been responsible for the company’s development and professionalization. In 2021, he became CEO of Shoper. Graduate of Political Science at UMCS in Lublin.

Joanna Ossowska-Rodziewicz

President of the Supervisory Board. Active investor in real estate and startups, with a strong focus on medtech solutions using AI. Co-founder and former board member of FIBARO, a global leader in smart home technology, where she played a key role in scaling the company internationally. Expert in marketing and business development with 20+ years of experience across global markets. Founder of SmartBee Club (STEM education) and former Board Member of the Women in Tech Commission at the EU Tech Chamber, actively supporting gender equity in technology and innovation. PhD in economics, Executive MBA from Aalto University, and alumna of Singularity University’s Exponential Innovation program. Graduate of the MIT Executive Program – AI in Health Care. Art lover, tech optimist, and passionate about impactful innovation.

Piotr Kruger

Member of the Supervisory Board. Country Director at Vlantana, sustainable logistics company, with over 15 years of experience in managing Korean, Belgian, Dutch and Lithuanian transport companies. Setting up businesses in Poland and running independent units which are members of the Transport and Logistics Poland (TLP) Association, networking major Polish logistic companies. Graduate of Marketing and Management at Adam Mickiewicz University and Poznan School of Logistics (WSL) in Poznan, Poland. Big fan of kitesurfing.

Wiktor Schmidt

Member of the Advisory Board. The Executive Chairman of Netguru – the consultancy, product design, and software development company he co-founded in 2008. YPO’er. An active angel investor in several technology startups. Pledger at Founders Pledge. Chairman of the Board at Endeavor Poland. Executive Education Advisory Board Member at Kozminski University. Co-Founder & Advisory Board Member at Tech To The Rescue. Heavily involved in the European startup community through organizations like YPO, Hive61, and Startup Weekend. Wiktor believes in workplace transparency, diversity, and equality. The strong culture within Netguru is a natural realization of his drive to build a workplace in which he’d personally like to work.

Klara Banaszewska

Member of the Advisory Board. General Manager at Grayling Poland. Has vast experience in the creation and implementation of complex communications strategies in Public Affairs, corporate communication, as well as issue and crisis management in various sectors, including heavy industry, energy, and finance. As General Manager at Grayling Poland, she acts as top level advisor to management boards and leaders of the most renowned Polish and international corporations, offering tailor made strategies in the area of reputation management, crisis communication, and change management. Klara is also a member of the Program Board of Leadership Academy for Poland – a comprehensive program for the development of Polish leaders and good leadership for Poland. She is also a juror in the Golden Paperclips competition organized by the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association and a mentor in the EmpowerPL program by Boston Consulting Group.

Max von abendroth

Senior Advisor for EU Affairs. Strategic leader with 20 years of experience in EU public affairs. A former Executive Director of Dafne (currently Philea), the European umbrella organization of philanthropy, representing 10,000 public benefit foundations across Europe, where he developed the interest representation of Europe’s philanthropy sector and created opportunities for new public private partnerships for the entire philanthropy sector, such as in the InvestEU programme. Before Max was the Executive Director of EMMA, the European Magazine Media Association, representing the interest of 15.000 press publishers across Europe vis-à-vis the EU Institutions. He studied Economics and Business Administration at the Witten/Herdecke university in Germany. Max is a German citizen and lives with his family in Brussels, Belgium.

Karolina Goszcz

Program Manager. Karolina Goszcz co-manages the ICG Scholarship Fund, ensuring operational excellence and meaningful scholar engagement. She brings several years of international experience in NGO and corporate environments, coordinating education and social responsibility initiatives across Central and Eastern Europe. Karolina specializes in communications, stakeholder relations, and program delivery — translating strategic goals into concrete impact. Her cross-cultural perspective and attention to detail ensure that every element of the program, from university partnerships to scholar experience, reflects the Foundation’s mission of empowering the next generation of leaders.

Monika Goszcz

Program Manager. Monika Goszcz is a Program Manager experienced in leading international social impact and digital transformation projects across Europe. At the CEE Impact Foundation, she oversees the ICG Scholarship Fund — an initiative that empowers talented economics and finance students to pursue their academic and professional aspirations. With a background that bridges the private and social sectors, Monika has managed partnerships with global corporations, universities, and public institutions, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Her work focuses on building inclusive programs that connect opportunity, education, and innovation.

Kinga Podraza-Myszkowska, PhD

Communication and PR Expert. PR Manager with over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of public relations, communication, social media and event marketing. Member of the Polish Public Relations Association (PSPR). Economist by profession. Lecturer at postgraduate studies in “Public relations” at the University of Adam Mickiewicz, Poland. Professionally associated with the telecommunications company INEA, previously held a position of editor-in-chief of the magazine and portal devoted to communication Piar.pl. Interested in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and silver economy. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation in the field of communication. Privately, a happy wife and mother of three sons.

Tomasz Rudolf

Expert in Impact Tech. Serial entrepreneur and venture builder with over 20 years of experience in creating innovative products and business models across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Co-founder of The Heart – a leading European corporate venture studio.Co-founder and ex-CEO of Doctor.One, a startup humanizing healthcare through a new doctor-patient relationship model. Tomasz is a firm believer that entrepreneurship and new business models are powerful tools for changing the world. He has collaborated with global giants such as Mastercard, 3M, and Abbvie to bridge the gap between corporate scale and startup agility. Deeply committed to social impact, he is the initiator and Board Member of the K.I.D.S. Children’s Hospital Innovators Club Foundation, where he mobilizes tech experts to transform the patient experience. He also co-founded NIL IN (Network of Physician Innovators). Recognized as a visionary “Digital Shaper”, “Pro Bono Leader” and one of the “50 Creatives in Business”, Tomasz combines strategic thinking with a unique ability to build mission-driven organizations. He is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Leadership Academy for Poland.

Agnieszka Sawczuk

Philanthropy Expert. Strategist and advisor to business families, enthusiast of philanthropy with 25 years of experience in all aspects of finance and non-profit company and foundation management. Guides entrepreneurs and business families through arts and science of planning and conducting thoughtful philanthropic activities that build on their values, culture and interests. Advises how to effectively build and nourish quality partnerships for social good, help meaningfully. Experienced CEO and board member, she managed a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives in cooperation with public institutions, business leaders, family businesses, individuals, and social organizations in Poland and Europe; established and oversaw the activities of a number of philanthropic funds supporting social projects in various needs’ areas. Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw.

Konrad Siwinski

Research Expert. Senior Partner at Minds & Roses Research Agency. Formerly a Managing Consultant at Kantar. Lecturer in Marketing Research at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Experienced quantitative and qualitative researcher with expertise in philanthropy, finance, and new technologies. Specializes in innovation, strategy, and client experience building, focusing on large strategic projects closely aligned with clients’ daily operations. Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw. Passionate music collector with over 2,000 CDs.

Ewelina Szczygielska, PhD

Expert in Finance. Vice-President at 4Kraft. Experienced manager in the area of finance as well as in strategic and operational management of enterprises and capital groups. She worked in the audit department in one of the “big four” companies , as well as in companies from the service, construction and manufacturing industries. In her professional life she applies a holistic approach to organization. Over the years, she has built a wide range of competences, mainly in the field of change management, designing and implementing effective internal control systems and numerous solutions increasing the organization’s effectiveness in various areas. She successfully builds and manages teams of all sizes basing this cooperation principally on trust and engagement. She graduated with honors from the Executive MBA program at Aalto University in Helsinki, she is currently working on her doctoral dissertation in the field of finance.

Dominik Walczak

Expert in visual communication, whose insight and creative excellence enhance the organization’s impact and brand management. Founder of APE Studio. Experienced in managing significant projects for high-profile entities such as the Polish Ministry of Climate and Environment, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Poland, Ministry of Justice, Office of Rail Transport, Wars S.A., and Polish Waters. His work has significantly influenced both public and corporate identities. He has led branding efforts for the Polish Medical Platform, Polish Platform for Scientific Publications, and the Support for Electromobility initiative. Additionally, he has contributed to the design of national decorations such as the “Honorary Badge for Merits to Protection of the Environment and Climate” and the “Honorary Badge for Merits to the Justice Sector. Graduate of Management – Business Communication at the University of Economics in Poznan”.

Dominika Ziemkiewicz

Communication Expert. Marketing Manager at NIVEA Polska (Beiersdorf) with over 20 years of professional experience in the area of analysis, marketing and sales. Expert in the field of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating comprehensive communication campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as planning and managing the marketing budget. As a Group Key Account Manager, she was responsible for building a long-term strategy for the development of a group of clients, creating and implementing tactical activities to achieve sales targets, negotiating commercial offers and annual contracts, as well as forecasting sales and monitoring financial performance indicators. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznan University of Economics. Passionate about cooking, discovering new flavors and trying new recipes.
