Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe was created by people who care about the social development of CEE region. We represent the world of finance, law, communication, IT, business and social sectors. Many of us work at the interface of social engagement and philanthropy, individual and corporate.

The sustainable development of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe is supported by the Council of Advisors who voluntarily share their precious time and knowledge. Thanks to our Experts in tax advisory, law, CSR, non-financial reporting and strategic management, we expand the spectrum of social projects and professional services that we offer to philanthropists.

We believe that we need to support the ones who provide valuable resources such as private capital and skills – the philanthropists. Because we care. Because we want to make a real, lasting change.


Anna Korzeniewska

Founder of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe and the Talent Development Foundation. Initiator of hundreds of valuable partnerships with the most renowned companies and organizations in the world. Author of dozens of social programs. Since 2007 she has been successfully combining the implementation of social goals with the business objectives of enterprises. She has many years of experience working at the intersection of education and the labor market.
Graduate of the City University of New York (BA) and Nottingham Trent University (MBA). The first Pole to receive a post-graduate Professional Certificate in Fundraising at New York University (NYU).
Values quality and partnership cooperation. Passionate about ambitious people who “want to make things happen”.

Marcin Kuśmierz

President of the management board of Expert on the mobile services market and business development strategies. Member of the Council of Advisors of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. He gained his experience in the ITI Group, where he was responsible for the construction of research and development area. Since 2007 he has been associated with, where, as the managing director, he has been responsible for the company’s development and professionalization.
Graduate of Political Science at UMCS in Lublin.

Joanna Ossowska-Rodziewicz

Founder of SmartBee Club, an innovative company creating educational sets in the field of STEM. Co-founder and longtime member of the board at FIBARO, a manufacturer of wireless devices for smart homes. Expert in the field of marketing and business development strategies. Member of the Council of Advisors of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Since 1999 she has been working in the broadly defined area of business development and marketing in companies operating on international markets. Graduate of the Poznań University of Technology and the WSB University in Poznań. In 2008 she received her doctoral degree at the Warsaw School of Economics, and in 2015 she completed the Executive MBA program of the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki and the WSB University in Poznań. Graduate of the elite Exponential Innovation program organized by Singularity University in Silicon Valley. Loves surreal art and Woody Allen movies.

Piotr Kruger

Board Member of the CEE Impact Foundation. Expert in logistics with over 15 years of experience in managing transport companies. Cooperating with Korean, Belgium, Dutch and Lithuanian entities. Setting up businesses in Poland and running independent units which are members of the Transport and Logistics Poland (TLP) Association, networking major Polish logistic companies. Graduate of Marketing and Management at Adam Mickiewicz University and Poznan School of Logistics (WSL) in Poznan, Poland. Big fan of kitesurfing.

Wiktor Schmidt

The Executive Chairman of Netguru – the consultancy, product design, and software development company he co-founded in 2008. Member of the Council of Advisors of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. As Netguru’s Executive Chairman, Wiktor is responsible for the company’s external presence, co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company, developing Netguru’s social footprint and implementing sustainable growth strategies. Under his leadership as a former CEO, Netguru has become one of the fastest growing companies in EU, recognized by the Financial Times, Deloitte, and Forbes.
Wiktor is also an active angel investor in several technology startups, including Joymile and Lever, and a supervising board member for Ten Square Games, a free-to-play game studio. He is heavily involved in the European startup community through organizations like YPO, Hive61, and Startup Weekend.
Wiktor believes in workplace transparency, diversity, and equality. The strong culture within Netguru is a natural realization of his drive to build a workplace in which he’d personally like to work.

Klara Banaszewska

General Manager at Grayling Poland. Klara has vast experience in the creation and implementation of complex communications strategies in Public Affairs, corporate communication, as well as issue and crisis management in various sectors, including heavy industry, energy, and finance. As General Manager at Grayling Poland, she acts as top
level advisor to management boards and leaders of the most renowned Polish and international
corporations, offering tailor made strategies in the area of reputation management, crisis
communication, and change management. Klara is also a member of the Program Board of Leadership
Academy for Poland – a comprehensive program for the development of Polish leaders and good
leadership for Poland. She is also a juror in the Golden Paperclips competition organized by the Polish
Public Relations Consultancies Association and a mentor in the EmpowerPL program by Boston
Consulting Group.


Max von abendroth

Senior Advisor for EU Affairs at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Strategic leader with 18 years of experience in EU public affairs. He is the former Executive Director of Dafne (currently Philea), the European umbrella organization of philanthropy, representing 10,000 public benefit foundations across Europe, where he developed the interest representation of Europe’s philanthropy sector and created opportunities for new public private partnerships for the entire philanthropy sector, such as in the InvestEU programme. Before Max was the Executive Director of EMMA, the European Magazine Media Association, representing the interest of 15.000 press publishers across Europe vis-à-vis the EU Institutions. He studied Economics and Business Administration at the Witten/Herdecke university in Germany. Max is a German citizen and lives with his family in Brussels, Belgium.

Natalia Cieplińska

Attorney-at-law. She specializes in providing services to business entities and non-governmental organizations and has extensive experience in creating, reviewing, and negotiating agreements between entrepreneurs. Her experience also includes representation of different entities in administrative proceedings, in particular in matters related to the implementation of investment processes. She was also responsible for matters related to intellectual property rights. Partner and Director of the Corporate and IT Law Department at DSK Legal. Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań. In her private life she is a fan of blues and Freddie Mercury.

Marta Kozielska

UK consultant at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (BSc in Social Anthropology). Additionally, she spent a year at the University of California, Berkeley, studying medical anthropology, public policy, and international business. Marta has worked internationally across think tank, non-governmental, and research organizations where she developed her knowledge in international strategies, public policy and advocacy. Currently, Manager and Research Associate at LSE IDEAS, Foreign Policy Think Tank (London, UK), overseeing the development of programs which devise innovative thought leadership in the field of international relations, foreign policy, and diplomacy through strategic partnerships with universities, government agencies, businesses, and policy-makers across a wide variety of political jurisdictions and industries.

Anna Piotrowska

Attorney-at-law involved in providing legal advice mainly to international companies in the area of regulated markets, environmental protection issues, investment process as well as waste management. Recognised in the prestigious ranking of the Rising Stars – Lawyers, Leaders of Tomorrow as well as in the Legal 500 and Chambers ranking in the area of Energy and Natural Resources. Currently works with SSW Pragmatic Solutions law firm where she is responsible for co-ordinating projects of international clients, ensuring compliance with respective regulations and supervision of their day to day activity on the Polish market.
Graduate of European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) as Master of German and Polish Law (LL.M.), Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the School of Translation, Interpreting and Languages and Leadership Coaching Programme. Family, long-distance running, climbing expeditions and trekking, as well as American contemporary literature allow her for keeping live-work balance and give energy for involvement for community purposes.

Kinga Podraza-Myszkowska

Communication & PR Expert at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. PR Manager with over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of public relations, communication, social media & event marketing. Economist by profession. Member of the Polish Public Relations Association (PSPR). Lecturer at postgraduate studies in “Public relations” at the University of Adam Mickiewicz, Poland. Professionally associated with the telecommunications company INEA, previously held a position of editor-in-chief of the magazine and portal devoted to communication Interested in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and silver economy. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation in the field of communication. Privately, a happy wife and mother of three sons.

Katarzyna Radecka

Member of the Council of Experts of Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Business Development Director at V&P Advertising Agency. For 16 years she was associated with Kompania Piwowarska, where she held the position of CSR Manager. She was developing employee volunteering, social, and environmental actions as well as sustainable development reporting. She was responsible for the implementation of CSR strategies in Europe and was a member of the company’s Responsible Marketing and Sales Committee. She conducted programs promoting responsible alcohol consumption, including mobile solutions, cooperation with partners, and social media activities. She represented the company on the Brewers of Europe forum.
Graduate of the Faculty of Management of the Poznań University of Economics. In her private life she loves ballroom dancing.

Agnieszka Sawczuk

Philanthropy strategist and advisor to business families, enthusiast of philanthropy with 25 years of experience in all aspects of finance and non-profit company and foundation management. Guides entrepreneurs and business families through arts and science of planning and conducting thoughtful philanthropic activities that build on their values, culture and interests. Advises how to effectively build and nourish quality partnerships for social good, help meaningfully. Experienced CEO and board member, she managed a comprehensive portfolio of initiatives in cooperation with public institutions, business leaders, family businesses, individuals, and social organizations in Poland and Europe; established and oversaw the activities of a number of philanthropic funds supporting social projects in various needs’ areas. Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw.

Konrad Siwinski

Research Expert at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Quantitative and qualitative researcher with ten years of experience, working mainly in the field of finances and new technologies. For the last 10 years Managing Consultant at Kantar, currently Partner at Minds & Roses Research Agency. Specializes in the field of innovation, strategy and client experience building. Favors large strategic projects that are carried out close to the daily business operation of clients. Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. Music enthusiast with a collection of over 2000 CDs.

Ewelina Szczygielska

Financial Expert at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Financial director of an international group of companies. Experienced manager in the area of finance as well as in strategic and operational management of enterprises and capital groups.

She worked in the audit department in one of the “big four” companies, as well as in companies from the service, construction and manufacturing industries. In her professional life she applies a holistic approach to organization. Over the years, she has built a wide range of competences, mainly in the field of change management, designing and implementing effective internal control systems and numerous solutions increasing the organization’s effectiveness in various areas. She successfully builds and manages teams of all sizes basing this cooperation principally on trust and engagement.
She graduated with honors from the Executive MBA program at Aalto University in Helsinki, she is currently working on her doctoral dissertation in the field of finance.


Zuzanna Taraszewska

PR Coordinator at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, responsible for the implementation of the communication strategy, shaping relations with media, and coordination of PR activities in 11 CEE countries where the think tank operates. Zuzanna gained her workshop while working in one of the first PR agencies in Poland. Graduate of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. Through her commitment to promoting good practices in the field of social responsibility, she wants to contribute to positive social changes.

Dominika Ziemkiewicz

Communication Expert at Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe. Marketing Manager at NIVEA Polska with over 15 years of professional experience in the area of analysis, marketing and sales. An expert in the field of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating comprehensive communication campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as planning and managing the marketing budget. As a Group Key Account Manager, she was responsible for building a long-term strategy for the development of a group of clients, creating and implementing tactical activities to achieve sales targets, negotiating commercial offers and annual contracts, as well as forecasting sales and monitoring financial performance indicators. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznan University of Economics. Passionate about cooking, discovering new flavors and trying new recipes.
